SPECIAL NOTICE

MASKS NO LONGER REQUIRED

Face masks have been part of our environment and culture for the last two years. However, with the diminishing transmission rates for COVID in our area, masks are no longer required for chapel activities. Masks will still be available at the door for individuals with weakened immune systems, certain health conditions, or those who simply feel safer with a mask.

THIS WEEK

SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE - MARCH 20th  - 10 AM

Our music this week is provided by Sweet Charity.

Rev. Dr. Kate Greysen's talk "Intellect vs Intuition: Which Do You Trust?" will address how we find our way in challenging times.

BOARD MEETING - MARCH 20th  - Immediately Following Chapel

The Board will meet in RoseMary's chapel immediately following chapel. If you have an issue you would like the Board to address at this meeting, please contact Jennifer Utley at 901.218.4234 or jenutley@bellsouth.net by Friday 3/18/22. All Wayfarers are welcome to attend and observe Board meetings.

FIRE WALK & DRUM CIRCLE - MARCH 20th  - 6 PM

According to Tony Robbins, "Firewalking is the ultimate metaphor for working through life's challenges and obstacles, our own fears and insecurities about them. Firewalking is a potent symbol of all that is possible when you take those first literal steps to a freer, more fulfilling future."

Rev. Kate Greysen will lead a 3-hour transformational firewall and drum circle in Otto, NC this Sunday evening. Preregistration is required. Check out the flyer HERE. Contact Kate at 775.354.6091 to register or get more details.

LAST SUNDAY

Chris Casses graced us with his beautiful music and Barbara Beckham's talk "Finding Spirit in Nature ... from One Extreme to Another" included pictures from her recent adventures to the far North and Antarctica.

FUTURE EVENTS

REIKI - Wednesday, March 30th at 4 pm

We are delighted to host an afternoon of REIKI at the chapel on Wednesday, March 30th, from 4-6 pm. Multiple Reiki Masters and Practitioners will be on-hand to offer sessions for those who seek peace and healing. Sessions are free. Donations are accepted.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

“The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you and you don’t know why or how.”

Albert Einstein
