POT LUCK SUNDAY - July 4th

Its that time again. Bring your favorite sharable dish and join us for food and fellowship immediately following the morning service.

No need to give away your secret recipe, but please DO bring a card with ingredients to place by your dish so that those with food sensitivities can make wise choices.

LAST SUNDAY (6/27) AT THE CHAPEL

Marie Dunkle and her cello wove a wonderful meditative state with a collection of Beatles music. Kim May then inspired us and challenged us to truly consider how we wish to "show up" in the world in her talk "The Summer Solstice -- Time to go BIG or Stay Home".

Kim's talk and will be available online soon at Sunday Talks.

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES KICKOFF

We enjoyed wonderful weather for our first 2021 summer concert on the deck at Wayfarers.

Our next concert will be July 25th with the mostly Celtic music of "Rainbow's End" - the lively trio of Dave Stewart, Marie Dunkle, and Katharine Brown.

THIS SUNDAY - JULY 4

Chris Casses will start the service with music for our souls. Rev. Mark Stein will invite us to "Declare Your Inner-Dependence" and Rev. Randy Doster will lead us in meditation.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

“The best thing to give to your enemy is forgiveness; to an opponent, tolerance; to a friend, your heart; to your child, a good example; to a father, deference; to your mother, conduct that will make her proud of you; to yourself, respect; to all others, charity.”

Benjamin Franklin
