SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE ―  JUNE 26 @ 10 AM

Here we are halfway through 2022. It is more important than ever to check in on our desires to be sure we are staying in vibrational alignment with the ‘pure’ desire, & not heading off in the weeds. Kim May shares her insights this week in her talk "Summer is upon us, let’s choose to align with the frequency of Source!”


COFFEE & CONNECTION ―  IMMEDIATELY AFTER SERVICE

We all love seeing each other's smiling faces and catching up and we do a good bit of hugging and helloing before we start the morning. In fact, we love it so much that we find ourselves hanging out afterward as well. SO... starting this Sunday, light refreshments (coffee, tea, cookies) will be available On the Deck AFTER the service for those who wish to spend a little extra time together to chat, catch up, share a laugh, talk about the topic of the day, etc.


Potlucks will continue the 1st Sunday of each month - the other Sundays will be coffee/tea/snacks. If it rains, we will be inside; otherwise, all food service will be on the deck. 


LAST SUNDAY

Marie Dunkle led a great discussion on Vibration in Our Lives and gave us the opportunity to experience the power of vibration through the Crystal Bowls. Marie's talk & singing bowl experience will be available online in the talks section later this week. Her Singing Bowl Meditation will be available in the website's meditation section in a few weeks.

BOARD UPDATES

The Board met last Sunday to review the combined input from the recent survey and discussion on the chapel's future look, feel, and function.

  • The new arrangement of the chapel was well received and will remain in place.

  • To provide greater connection opportunities coffee/tea/snacks will be resumed this Sunday with food served AFTER service on the deck. This provides the opportunity to mix and mingle while ensuring musicians and speakers are able to do their setup and soundcheck and peace seekers have a calm pre-service experience.

  • The front entrance deck will be expanded to improve flow. The entire deck will be stained after the front addition is completed.

  • The Board is proceeding with a phased approach to converting RoseMary's chapel into a multi-purpose building. In the coming week, the Board will review the contents of RoseMary's Chapel and create a plan/schedule for decluttering, replacing flooring and furniture, repairing the exterior, and making the space more accessible. Plans and pricing for work to address accessibility needs and the possible addition of a deck are also being obtained.

  • Once the interior of RoseMary's Chapel is renovated, the space will be available for pre-service meditation as well as other activities.

  • The Board continues to review the current use and function of our keyboard as well as possible replacement options.

  • The meditation section of the website will be modified to include Marie Dunkle's Singing Bowl Chakra Meditation
