LAST SUNDAY (7/18) AT THE CHAPEL

Michael and Kathy Cooper recently donated a beautiful quartz singing bowl to the chapel. The bowl is tuned to "A" and is directly connected to the 3rd eye - our inner and outer vision - and our ability to know one's self. Barbara Beckham began our meditation with this bowl and Crowe Capps completed the meditation with his beautiful guitar music.

Rev. Dr. Kate Greysen dove into the question "When we make plans and set intentions to get where we are going and receive what we desire, is what we go searching for what we come home with?" in her talk "Pulled by Vision: Are We Where We Set Out to Be?" She also gave us a bit of insight into her upcoming workshop which also deals with this question and the things which can block us on our journey. (Info on the workshop is available a few paragraphs down in this newsletter.)

Kate's talk, will be available online soon at Sunday Talks.

THIS SUNDAY - JULY 25th

Our guest musician this Sunday is the versatile and amazing Dave Stewart.

Marie Dunkle will share "You Are the Music - Lessons in Being Human, From the Origins and Heart of Music." She will also lead the meditation with her quartz singing bowls.

"You can attract only that which you mentally become and feel yourself to be in reality."

"Stop trying, stop struggling; begin to be calm, to trust in the higher laws of life, even though you do not see them; they are still there."
