LAST SUNDAY AT THE CHAPEL

Crowe Capps brought us to a wonderful meditative state with his version of Pachebel's Canon in D and two of his original tunes.

Each Sunday and each speaker offer new perspectives and tools that can make our day to day experience more complete. Ruth Henry's talk "Life Lessons from Puzzles" was just that. She reminded us that much of the "stress" in our lives comes from how we choose to perceive the situation and that no matter what challenges we face, if we simply pay attention to the responses of our body and mind, we can quickly and easily re-center and reconnect with our own inner guidance and change course for what we truly want.

And speaking of setting a course for what we really want ... Bella, one of our many four-legged family, shares the love with our new friend Indy.

THIS SUNDAY - JANUARY 23rd

Tom Tyre will be speaking on "Anger: The Other Epidemic". Andy LaTorre and Ruth Henry will provide music.

Remember, fans are ON and doors are OPEN, so dress accordingly. (Maybe even bring a warm blanket in case you are near one of the doors.)

Please enter thru the front door and exit thru deck doors and leave chairs exactly where they are. If you were confirmed for a double and don't see one, please check with our RSVP host Sandy Thomas.

Please continue to observe 6' spacing and the wearing of face masks. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the front door.
