FEB 5 - FULL MOON DRUMMING CIRCLE

Everyone - yes, Everyone! - has rhythm ---- your heartbeat proves it!

And to help put that rhythm within us into action, we are delighted to announce a new monthly event here at Wayfarers: the Full Moon Drumming Circle.

Drumming is powerful fun and powerful health: it helps release emotions and even trauma through physical movement and meditative rhythms. Drumming on a Full Moon is even more powerful and fun. And it is amazingly easy.

This is a community activity - not a performance. Show up with an open mind and heart, grab a drum or percussion instrument, find a spot in the circle, and join in creating fun, health and community through a shared rhythm.

LAST WEEK

Last Sunday (1/1) was an "interactive morning at Wayfarers. We all joined Marie Dunkle and Katharine Brown in the musical experience and then had an opportunity to look inside and journal as David Heck led us in "An Exercise in Reflection and Discovery "
