MAR 5 - SERVICE - 10 AM
We are looking forward to music by Ruth Henry and a discussion on God's Light facilitated by Garnett Nash.
MAR 5 - POTLUCK
Immediately following service
Potluck is a great time to laugh with long-term friends, make new ones, share good conversation, and enjoy great food. Please include a note with your dish as to ingredients so that folks can make healthy choices. No time to cook? - or just plain forgot (hey, it happens!) - no worries - please stay and enjoy the bounty. There is always plenty to go around.
MAR 5 - DRUMMING CIRCLE at 6 PM
Drumming is fun AND a great way to release emotions and trauma through physical movement and meditative rhythms. --- This is a community activity rather than a performance. Just show up with an open mind and heart ready to have fun.
If you have a drum, bring it! If you don't, no worries!! - Feel free to experiment with any of the community drums and percussion instruments available in the middle of the circle.
MAR 15 - REIKI - 4-6 PM
Our next Reiki offering is Wednesday March 15th from 4-6 PM at the chapel. If you have been here before, you know the power - the peace that comes with Reiki. If you have never experienced, Reiki, get curious and get ready to be delightfully relaxed and amazed.
