LAST SUNDAY AT THE CHAPEL

Our 9 AM meditative service was led by Tom Tyre. Tom, Katharine Brown, and Andy LaTorre did a great job of allowing us to reflect on the meaning of Christmas through meditation and their beautiful music.

Our 10 AM Celebration Service hosted by Mereta Alspaugh was once again a beautiful blend of music by Chris Casses, Marie Dunkle, David Heck, Laura Dendy, Dan Walton, Meta Walton, Crowe Capps, and Ruth Henry and readings by Barbara Beckham, Garnett Nash, Jim Grove, Anne Kirsilis, and Joyce Oliver. Truly a "Celebration", everyone left smiling with the Christmas spirit flowing thru us.

THIS SUNDAY - DECEMBER 27th

This Sunday our guest musicians are Andrew and Caitlin Bayles. Andrew is a wonderful pianist - a perfect pairing for his wife's operatic singing. We are looking forward to their musical contribution.

This Sunday Joyce Oliver will lead our annual Burning Bowl ceremony. Bring all those thoughts, events, and emotions you are ready to release and join in the ceremony as we honor what has been, release the past, and look forward to what is yet to come.

Remember, fans are ON and doors are OPEN, so dress accordingly. (Maybe even bring a warm blanket in case you are near one of the doors.)

Please enter thru the front door and exit thru deck doors and leave chairs exactly where they are. If you were confirmed for a double and don't see one, please check with our RSVP host Sandy Thomas.

Please continue to observe 6' spacing and the wearing of face masks. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the front door.

FUND RAISER - ALMOST THERE !

SOOOoooo Close!!! We now have $4711 towards our goal of $5000 to offset the costs of repairing the seawall and upgrading the physical access for the chapel.

As we approach the end of the year, now is a perfect time to make a Tax Deductible Donation if you feel led to do so. FOOD DRIVE

Thanks to everyone who contributed to our food drive. Barbara Beckham will be delivering the van load of food to Sharing is Caring Food Bank in Clayton on Monday the 21st to help individuals and families in need.
