WRITERS GROUP - Tuesday, August 6th ( 5-6:30 PM )

The Wayfarers Writers Group meets from 5-6:30 PM every Tuesday. The group is open to writers of all ages, experience levels, and genres and is a great opportunity to challenge yourself to a new level.

SUNDAY SERVICE - August 11th (10 AM)

This Sunday is music by Beth Loveland and message by Sam Renken. Also during the service this Sunday, after announcements and music, there will be an opportunity for our younger members to participate in an outdoor special experience. Weather permitting! They can walk in nature with Lisa Ezzard and discover the artful magic of the gardens, the stream, and the labyrinth surrounding our chapel. Our young people can come together to share and make friends in the spirit of wonder…and maybe even bring something back to share with the congregation.

MOUNTAIN MUSE - CONCERT ON THE DECK

Sunday, August 11th ( 2-4 PM )

Mountain Muse returns to Wayfarers Chapel on Sunday, August 11 at 2 PM. Bring your "feeling groovy" attitude and get ready to sing along with this mostly Beatles show. The concert happens rain or shine. If the sun is shining, the concert will be held on the chapel deck so bring a comfortable portable chair, your favorite beverage, and your dancing shoes - maybe a hat for the dappled shade. If it rains, the concert moves inside. The concert is free. Donations to support the musicians are encouraged.

SUPER MOON DRUM CIRCLE - Sunday, August 18th ( 6-8 PM )

The energy for the next drum circle promises to be truly powerful thanks to the Super Moon, so grab your drum and desire for adventure and join us at the chapel August 18th from 6-8 PM. No experience required. Extra drums and percussion instruments are available your use and experimentation.

LAST WEEK

We enjoyed music by Ruth Henry, and Dr. Katie Davis's message "Connections". Both message and music are available online. The first Sunday of the month is Potluck Sunday. We enjoyed a lovely time of community on the deck after the service.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
