| | | | LAST SUNDAY AT THE CHAPEL Lisa and Filmer Kilby, aka "High Lonesome," blessed us with their "Appalachian with a Twist" music. With their beautiful vocals, smooth harmonies, and Filmer's ever-ready harmonicas we were clapping hands, tapping toes, and singing along!
Kim May's talk "Expectations - a Double-Edged Sword" gave us a reminder of how powerful we are and how looking forward rather than back is definitely the way to go! Kim's talk will be available online later this week at Sunday Talks. | | Thanks to our recent cold snap, the temperature at the end of service was still a bit too chilly for the emerging butterflies, so instead of a mass release at the chapel, everyone had the opportunity to take a butterfly home for release later in the day. Crowe Capps and a few others came back to the chapel to release their butterflies. | | THIS SUNDAY - APRIL 11 After the meditative music of Crowe Capps, Ruth Henry will invite us to imagine the possibilities of what we could do if we had "Twenty Minutes to Change the World."
Remember, fans are ON and doors are OPEN, so dress accordingly. (Maybe even bring a warm blanket in case you are near one of the doors.)
Please enter thru the front door and exit thru deck doors and leave chairs exactly where they are. If you were confirmed for a double and don't see one, please check with one of the board members.
Please continue to observe 6' spacing and the wearing of face masks. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the front door. | | DEATH CAFE - Sunday, April 11, 2-4 pm Death Cafe is a global movement started in the UK whose only objective is: "To increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their finite lives."

“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go do that. Because what the world needs are people who are alive.” |
