Flight Crew Application Open Through December 1st!


The nationwide search for the 2024 Flight Crew is on! The Million Girls Moonshot is looking for out-of-school STEM learning champions ready to share their stories to join the Flight Crew

The Flight Crew is a group of youth ambassadors promoting the value of afterschool and summer learning and equity in STEM for young people. 

Girls, non-binary or cis-gender youth, ages 13-18, who have been inspired by their experiences in afterschool and summer STEM learning, and are ready to share their stories, are encouraged to apply no later than December 1, 2023. This opportunity comes with a stipend and paid travel expenses as well! Apply today!

Calling Central Virginia Youth! Applications now open for the Chief Science Officers Program


The Chief Science Officers (CSO) Program is a national program with a new chapter coming to VCU! In this program, students from Central Virginia, in grades 6th-12th, who are passionate about community service and STEM, plan a STEM experience for their peers and community and will have the opportunity to work with CSOs worldwide on collaborative projects.
