We are honored and thrilled to have your join us at Rise up and Shine. Drawing upon the national conference theme, from The National Afterschool Association (NAA), “Rise Up”, our 10th annual conference is themed “Rise Up and Shine”. It is a call to action for OST professionals to be seen and heard by the greater community. Our event aims to elevate and illuminate afterschool programs in Virginia by offering you proven strategies and innovations in the field. Now at this 10 year milestone and set against the historic backdrop of Williamsburg, we hope you find Rise Up and Shine to be informative, inspiring and energizing! Thank you for all you do for the youth and families of Virginia!
Know Before you Go
- Parking is ample and free at The Williamsburg Lodge. If you are commuting locally or from another hotel, please take advantage of this amenity. Please note for attendees staying at The Woodlands Hotel, the complimentary shuttle begins at 9:00 am.
- Our Conference will be located at the main level of The Williamsburg Lodge Conference Center.
- Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00 am in the Colony DE Foyer. Printing your ticket is not necessary.
- Lunch will be provided.
- We have a full exhibit hall. Come prepared to visit our exhibitor tables.
- The full conference booklet will be provided to you at the conference, however you may preview the general schedule, workshop list, and map here.
