Brent Holsinger is the new Program Manager for the Virginia Partnership for Out-of-School Time (VPOST). His role is to assist and support our Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) who have been awarded a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant and help them successfully implement their 21st Century-Funded summer and after-school programs.

More specifically, the Program Manager and the entire VPOST team are here to help our CBOs to navigate the program licensing/exemption process, and provide support when it comes to financial management, data collection and reporting for their 21st Century grants. We also look forward to finding ways to share and celebrate the amazing work that our CBOs are doing through their out-of-school time programs so that we can make a compelling case for continued funding from the General Assembly.

Brent has expressed his thoughts on his new role as, "I've been involved with the Out-of-School Time field for 20 years, ever since my AmeriCorps service with City Year, and with 21st Century programs in Virginia for the past 13 years - both as a program director and the president of a non-profit organization in Harrisonburg. I couldn't be more thrilled for this opportunity with VPOST and to work alongside each of you in creating a future where all Virginia families have the out-of-school time support they need to thrive.".
