This September 15 to October 15 is Hispanic Heritage Month! This month traditionally honors the cultures and contributions of both Hispanic and Latino Americans as we celebrate heritage rooted in all Latin American countries.

Beginning in 1968 as an observed week under President Lyndon Johnson, this month of recognition and acknowledgement was enacted into law on August 17, 1988.

During this month, join us in highlighting historic Hispanic pioneers in STEM. Check out these 26 Hispanic and Latinx Scientists and Engineers.
