The face of STEM is changing. No one knows that better than, Monica Nichols, Founder and President of Pink Space Theory, located in Prince William, Virginia. Nichols was driven to establish Pink Space Theory after her own experiences of 25 years in civilian and military technology and engineering, where she often did not see a wide variety of identities and backgrounds.
