STEM Spotlight: Pink Space Theory

Prince William, Virginia

The face of STEM is changing. No one knows that better than, Monica Nichols, Founder and President of Pink Space Theory, located in Prince William, Virginia. Nichols was driven to establish Pink Space Theory after her own experiences of 25 years in civilian and military technology and engineering, where she often did not see a wide variety of identities and backgrounds. VPOST recently sat down with her to learn more about Pink Space Theory and how they partner with families and STEM professionals to help girls change their perceptions and inspire the next generation of STEM leaders.
