Dear VPHi members, We are delighted to announce that our book “Toward Good Simulation Practice” is now FREELY available on line!
This book is the result of a large collaboration led by the In Silico World consortium, coordinating hundreds of in silico experts around the world. “Towards Good Simulation Practice” is published in open access thanks to the financial support of the VPH Institute and the Avicenna Alliance. We are also grateful to our FDA partner for their thorough review of each chapter and for having provided a foreword to the book. Last but not least, we would like to dedicate a special thanks to the Editors, Marco Viceconti (University of Bologna) and Luca Emili (InSilicoTrials Technologies) for having driven this important process!
Written in the same spirit as Good Clinical Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, and other GXP documents, we have no doubt that this important document will quickly become a reference book and an indispensable guide for anyone involved with Computational Modeling and Simulation in Healthcare.
