In the July News & Views e-newsletter, regarding the new Volunteer HQ portal, it was stated that all volunteers had been activated. It should have read, all current volunteers are in the process of being activated in the new system. With thousands of volunteers, it takes time to activate everyone.
Once activated, the rest of the process is the same. You will receive an email from WordPress with a username and password. These credentials will enable you to log into VolunteerHQ and access our new Volunteer Registration Forms to register a new meeting or make changes to an existing meeting.
Only for immediate changes to a meeting, contact the National Office. Otherwise, please wait for the WordPress email to proceed. |
