As a registered facilitator of a SMART Recovery meeting, you can use our self-service meeting change option to make basic changes such as the day, time, and cancelation notices. When using this option, changes take effect as soon as you verify the change.
To use the self-service change option. Locate your meeting on SMARTfinder Click on your meeting to show full information Under “Facilitators” click on “Request changes to your meeting” (link available August 22nd) Make the desired changes Check your email and verify the changes

If you need to change anything about your meeting that is not available on the self-service meeting change, please email volunteerhq@smartrecovery.org with your meeting ID number, the changes you need made, and the date you want the changes to go into effect and we will be happy to assist. If we have questions or need information about the change you have requested, we will reach out to you by phone or email for clarification. Changes requested through email will be processed during our normal business hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.
Because we are doing away with the login in VolunteerHQ, we will also be moving our “Meetings for Volunteers” page. This page will now be called Facilitator Training and Support Meetings and can be found in the menu under the volunteer resources tab. In addition to information about the Ongoing Training and Support: SMART Meeting Management (SMM) meetings and SMART Recovery for Volunteers (S4V) meetings, you will also see information on accessing our training roleplay and monthly Q&A sessions. Please consider joining these valuable meetings to learn from or share your knowledge with other SMART volunteers.
