We're thrilled to announce the launch of the new and improved Pathcheck, coming July 1, 2024. The updated version will offer participants new features once they sign up for their free account. The free account will include: - A saved profile, eliminating the need to re-enter Zoom screen names, email addresses, and CC: email addresses for each verification. - A goal tracker: a helpful visual to keep track of how many more verifications they need to obtain each week or month - Immediate availability of verifications post-meeting, removing the previous one-hour wait. - Direct customer support from Pathcheck, eliminating the need to email verifications@smartrecovery.org. Participants will still locate their meetings via the current Pathcheck form on SMARTfinder, though that form will change slightly: after they find the meeting they attended in the drop-down and click “Next”, they will be taken to that meeting’s page in Pathcheck to obtain their verification. As a facilitator, you can help participants get to that page faster by sharing the 6-character Pathcheck code found on the SMARTfinder meeting page in chat or on slides. Participants will enter this code into the Pathcheck web app. Please note that the Pathcheck code will not appear on the meeting listing until July 1st. Additionally, each meeting will have a unique Pathcheck URL for easy access, which facilitators can share in chat.
