Haze is almost an annual thing here in Singapore and dealing with it is something that everyone should be aware of!
As they always say, prevention is better than cure!
Some tips to stay healthy during hazy season
1. Pump up your immunity. Either you eat Vitamin C rich food or take immune boosting supplements.
2. Stay hydrated. Drink lots of water and always bring a long a water container with you.
3. If you can, stay indoors especially the vulnerable group, children and the elderly.
4. Wear a mask when going out.
