Homeopathic remedies are prepared from natural plant, mineral, and animal substances. The fact that medically active substances in these medicines are diluted to such infinitely small amounts makes them nontoxic, with no known adverse side effects. They are safe for adults and children when taken as directed for self-limiting conditions, such as the flu, minor bruises, allergies, PMS, hot flashes, motion sickness, and the like.
The manufacture of homeopathic medicines is regulated in USA by FDA, which provides guidelines for their labeling and sale.
Getting things the natural way is always best but having more information about it is one step closer to a healthier body!
