About Danise Peña - Workshop Facilitator.

Danise helps perfectionists and over-thinkers to overcome their inner critic so they can end self-sabotage, take empowered actions, and have fun doing it!

Danise has a degree in Microbiology and is a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner and amateur violinist. She has extensive experience in both corporate and professional education, and in working with artists, performers, and creatives in clearing the thoughts, fears, and beliefs that will stop a creative in their tracks. 

Her background in corporate and science drives her desire to share the information she speaks about in an easy-to-access way AND give you tools you can use at home and in the workplace, in both your biggest challenges and your everyday life.
