| | Do you ever feel lost and alone even when there are many people around? Do you feel disconnected and lose sight that there is something greater than yourself? I am here to help you navigate back to connecting with yourself, your animals, and your world. Grounding is your first step to reconnecting with yourself, your animals, your loved ones and the rest of the world. When you are grounded, your animals feel a stronger sense of connection with you. When your animals are grounded, they feel confident and safe.

| | A quick simple way to ground yourself is to bring energy down to your feet. Try this: First, stand with your feet hip width apart. Next, raise up your heels and stand on the balls of your feet with your weight toward your toes. Hold this position for 4 seconds. Now, lower your heels and lift your toes, standing with your weight on the heels of your feet. Hold this position for 4 seconds.
Gently repeat, rocking up on your toes and then up on your heels 3 times.
To finish, stand with your feet flat on the floor and notice how you feel. I invite you to do this 2-3 times a day for a month and see what shifts in your life. For enhanced grounding energy, I recommend my grounding essence spray (Chakra 1), which you can order here. (Essences are in alphabetical order.) | | | Remember the importance of grounding. Today: Pause.Take a deep breath in and out to get present. Ground by standing on your feet and rocking back and forth from your heels to your toes, bringing your attention to your feet. Connect with the floor. Stand on your toes for 4 seconds, then shift your weight to your heels for 4 seconds. Repeat the sequence 3 times. Stand with your feet firmly on the floor. Take a deep breath in, then let it out. How do you feel?
