Hope you enjoyed your Labor Day.

Labor Day traditionally marks the transition between summer and fall, school starting back, preparing to go into the cooler season.  I am enjoying the sunny days while we have them!

Last newsletter, I shared how Reiki is part of my daily self-care.  

Reiki can be a good support for people and animals having quality of everyday life.

Reiki also makes a difference for cats and dogs being rescued. Giving them a chance for finding their forever home.

4 year-old Jack the cat had been surrendered to The Whole Cat & Kaboodle from his guardian who was unable to take care of herself; therefore, unable to take care of Jack.  They take such good care of the cats there.

He was being force bottle fed to get nourishment in him.  They called me in to see if he wanted to live and what he desired.  He was very shut down and initially not very responsive. I was concerned. Then Jack started responding to the Reiki.  Started eating on his own. Then he became curious walking around and engaging with the staff. He became playful.  And today - he has a forever home.

It was so rewarding watching his transformation and being a part of helping him live his best life.

Here's a photo where I am supporting Moo the Cat with digestive issues. This can be done whether you are a Reiki healer or not:

  • Get Present - easy way is to take a deep breath in and out
  • Place your hands on the center of your animal's mid back and one hand on the belly.
  • Allow love to flow in from your hands to nurture your animal.
This supports boosting confidence and healthy digestion.

Note: The energy is enhanced when you are a Reiki healer.
