I hope you had a very nice Thanksgiving. Miranda and I met in Chicago and flew into KY to spend Thanksgiving with my mom and sister. We had a nice feast and lots of laughs.
The Holidays are here in full swing.

Take another deep breath in and out. Now for the power of 3, take another deep breath in and out.
When you feel yourself getting unsettled, running around not sure which way is up or down, I invite you to do this exercise to get grounded and back to center.
