February, the month of love. The photo with the puppy and kitten snuggling puts a smile on my face and lightens my heart. I hope it does yours too.

English categorizes all of Love as 1 word Love.
Love comes in many forms.
In Greek, there can be 8 words for Love depending on the source.
Since I regard my cats as family members, #4 Storge describes the bonding love and connection of my relationship with Spirit and Sapphire.
Read and see what the type is of love you would say you have with your precious pet(s):- Eros (romantic, passionate love) - The first kind of love is Eros, named after the Greek God of fertility.
- Philia (affectionate love) - The second type of love is Philia, or friendship.
- Agape (selfless, universal love) - The third is Agape, selfless universal love, such as the love for strangers, nature, or God.
- Storge (familiar love) - Storge is a natural form of affection experienced between family members.
- Mania (obsessive love) - When love turns to obsession, it becomes mania.
- Ludus (playful love) - The Ancient Greeks thought of ludus as a playful form of love.
- Pragma (enduring love) - Pragma is a love built on commitment, understanding and long-term best interests.
- Philautia (self love) - The Greeks understood that in order to care for others, we must first learn to care for ourselves.

Sharing Love with Your Pet - Pause.
- Take a deep breath in and out
- Place your hand on the center of your chest (your heart chakra)
- Fill yourself with love
- Now place your hand from your chest onto your pet's chest (heart chakra)
- Share your now overflowing love with your pet.
- Notice your pet's behavior and demeanor.
- Did something shift?
