Part of mindfully connecting with your precious cat and dog is communicating with them in a way they understand and listening in a way you can to have an enriching life together.

Connecting Mindfully With Your Pet - Pause, take a refreshing breath, center yourself
- Connect your heart with your precious cat or dog
- Embrace this connection from your heart with your pet's
- Notice how you feel.
- Notice what your cat or your dog does.
- Are they looking with relaxed eyes at you?
- Are they looking excited moving their tail?
- Are they nudging up against you?
This connection and dedicated moment of time with them will help your pet and you feel your connection. It will help add love to both of your day.
