It’s American Thanksgiving coming up. This is the busiest travel time of the year.
Are you traveling? Leaving your pets at home/boarding in good care?
Does your pet freak when you pull out the suitcase?
You are not alone.
It is very stressful for your pet to see you leaving, not knowing what is happening, where you are going, how long you're going to be gone, and when and if you are coming home.
You know these details, but your pet doesn't.
You may be anxious visiting family. You love your family; however, it is a stressful time for you.
The more stressed you are, the more stressed your pet is and you have a big stress fest going on.
Pause, breathe...
The good news is there are tools I am sharing to help both you and your pet have more ease for your trip.

The Holiday Healing Circle is the place to take a pause, refresh, learn natural calming techniques with breath and acupressure to have the holidays be more peaceful for you and your animals.
