| Really, grounding for my animals?
How do I know if my cat, my dog needs grounding?
Grounding is a term used to have your feet solidly on the ground. I am sure you have met some people who are up in the clouds, floating, la la la la, on a regular basis while the real world is happening down here. It is important to be able to connect to the higher realms while your feet are firmly planted on the Earth.
You may be nervous and anxious. That is one of the ways to tell if you will benefit with grounding.
With animals, you will notice them being anxious all of the time, your cat, your dog will be unsettled, and have a hard time settling. Those are good indicators your animal would benefit with grounding.
