Here's a warm welcome to the new subscribers to the Healing Your Animal community and a heart-felt connection to existing subscribers.
A few weeks ago, I had a wonderful weekend trip to Mt. Ranier with lots of hiking, connecting with nature, and socializing with friends. I did a solo hike at sunrise and captured the photo above. It was so peaceful as not many people were out at that time of the morning.
We just had a beautiful full supermoon. I hope you got to see it shining brightly in the sky. Miranda, my daughter, was born on a full moon, so there's a special place in my heart for seeing a full moon.
Fall is here. Fall is a season of change where the leaves change colors, the weather gets cooler. It is cooler and rainier in the Pacific Northwest. It's time to bring out rain gear and warmer clothes for outside or find more fun things to do inside. One of the things I love to do is indoor rock climbing. And luckily, I can do that year-round.
I'm going back to basics, and I have created a series of 90-minute popup classes to help you and your pet live your best lives.
The first step before learning animal healing in any form is starting with you, your pet's parent/guardian/caretaker, with managing your energy.
My cat, Tasha, who was with me for over 19 years taught me the value of my own energy management. She started throwing up and not sleeping with me. This was not like her. I took her to the vet. They said there was nothing wrong with her. I could see there was something wrong with her. After multiple vet visits and getting the same answers, there is nothing wrong with her, I had to figure this out. That is when I discovered the correlation between my stress and her throwing up. Tasha taught me the importance of managing my stress and energy and how it directly correlated with her health. When I learned about grounding, energy clearing and energy protections, and started doing them, she quit throwing up, she slept with me again, was healthy and I was happy.
So, I am offering a 90-minute class to help you learn the energy management essentials or come for a tune-up as you will leave the class refreshed and revitalized.
My exercise this week is sharing one way you can do energy clearing to support you and your pet feeling fresh.
