Miranda and I celebrated with long-time friends and it was nice staying in town for a change.
When it comes to the holidays, it can be a time of increased stress and pressure with increased to-do lists, social gatherings, family gatherings and pressure of finding the perfect gifts for your loved ones. This can be a time where your cat, your dog ramp up their mischievousness and that can add more stress to the mix.
My passion is bridging true love connection and healing between you and your animal with tools and techniques to smooth out the rush of anxiety that can flow through your system. This brings more calm, more focus and more harmony to you, your animal and your household.
One tool is the power of taking a deep breath in and out 3 times to help calm yourself and in turn this helps calm your animal.
Another of these tools is Vi Miere/Healing Your Animal Serene essence. It promotes calming anxiety. As an essence, it is unscented, in a mist spray, easy-to-use, and works with you and your animals at the same time.
The day of the photo shoot for family photos for my book, my teenage daughter brought home a girlfriend from school and they had Spirit and Sapphire (8 month old kittens at the time) all fired up and running all over the place when the photographer arrived. This got me all worked up which would not help produce calm photos.
I took a deep breath, grabbed the Serene essence and sprayed it.
Here is the photo we captured with Spirit and Sapphire at 8 months old very calm. This photo is the one used in the Dedication section of my book: Bridging True Love Connection & Healing Between You and Your Animals. Now when someone asks how I got them so calm, I smile and say Serene.
For a special offering with Serene see Happy Holidays below.
