Healing Your Animal Connection |
|
Hi Friend,
Happy New Year and Healing Vibrations to You and Your Animals!
|
|
Miranda and I enjoyed a very full and eventful holiday with our family. Miranda is a senior in high school. We did a college tour in Tennessee during our Kentucky family trip.
2020 is a transformational year for Miranda and me. She is going off to college in the fall and I am becoming an empty nester.
It was nice having some restful and relaxation time after our trip before ramping up this week back to regular schedule. It was a time of reflection. I spent quiet time getting clear what I am creating in all areas of my life in 2020. I am excited about the offerings coming to serve you and your animals with deeper connection, better health and harmony this year. |

The New Year is here. Have you set your intentions for 2020?
It's a time for reflecting what you're leaving behind in 2019 and what you are creating for 2020.
You’re getting settled back into your normal routines with your new routines and your new intentions kicking into gear. Your pets like their routines. They feel safe and confident with routines. I know Spirit and Sapphire, my two cats, are happy for my travel to be over and back to our routines.
How did your pets do over the holidays?
Here’s an exercise to kick off the new year that helps your and your pet's wellness.

Intention: Wellness
Get out in nature for a walk, watch a sunrise or a sunset. Nature is a quick way to let go of your stress and you can be more open to spiritual and animal messages.
Can't get to the beach or woods, no problem. Urbanites, find a park to immerse yourself into the grass, shrubs and trees. If it’s pouring down rain, visit a plant store and walk around.
Being out in nature for 20 minutes is a good way to boost your and your pet's immune system. It's an easy wellness practice.
