Celebrating it is dry in the Seattle area today, so trick or treaters will be dry as they are out and about. Most years it rains.
This is a time to be mindful of not letting your pet(s) get into chocolate, candy, or other toxic items. If this happens, please contact your vet immediately. If you are interested in just how toxic chocolate is to your pet, I invite you to read to the P.S. section below for a link to an article.

I had a nice hike and outdoor rock-climbing adventure yesterday. When I started indoor rock-climbing, I hadn't planned on getting outdoors. And here I am now outdoor rock-climbing. The place we went, there is a 30-minute uphill hike to get to the climbing area. Looking down to the interstate, the cars and trucks look like match car models. It's a beautiful view of the mountains from up there. And nature is so healing and rejuvenating.
This inspired my tip for today below.
