Healing Your Animal Connection |
|
Hi Friend,
Healing Vibrations to You and Your Animals!
|
|
|
We are in a time of experiencing the Corona virus, a new virus, having local and global impacts. We are in the middle of flu season too. So now, more than ever, it's time to focus on boosting your immune system.
How is this related to your pet? Your health does impact your pet.
Keeping you healthy is not only doing self care, you are helping your pet too.
Dr. Oz on national television stated that Reiki is the number one (1) alternative healing modality for people.
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) comes from the Japanese words meaning Spiritual Energy.
Reiki works for animals too.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I have a daily self-Reiki practice that is a great support in keeping me healthy, grounded and clear.
If you are interested in keeping yourself healthy using self-Reiki and providing healing support for your pet, I invite you to become a Reiki healer.

3 Natural Ways to Boost Your Immune System
- Take a 20 minute daily walk in the fresh air of nature. As a bonus for dog guardians, it's an activity to do with your dog for connection time while boosting both of your immune systems.
- Soak in an Epsom salt bath. This helps reduce stress and promotes better sleep. Sleep is restorative to your body. Not enough sleep depresses immune function and increases inflammatory chemicals.
- Move, move, move. Regular exercise helps boost immune system. This can happen rain or shine. Stretch, yoga, aerobics, etc. Your level.
If you would like a boost with a Reiki healing session for you or your pet, I invite you to get in touch with me. Click this link: |
