| I am in Saratoga Springs, NY (upstate NY) in a training retreat with my mentor, Heather Dominick. I am here with 13 amazing women entrepreneurs who are leaders in their fields of expertise. My roommate, Lorna, is a professional yoga instructor. I have private yoga instructions each morning. Ahhhh, what a great way to start the day.
It is such an honor to be growing and learning and creating new offerings to support you, my community, with my best, for you and your animals to live and be your best.

Protection for You and Your Animals
Now, you may be saying…
Protection?
Why do I need protection?
And why do my cats and dogs need it?
In this case, we are talking about energy protection. You are protecting your energy field and your animal's energy field.
Energies are all around us everyday and everywhere that you are interacting with. Just because you cannot see energy, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. And doesn't mean you don't need to do anything about it.
You may be noticing feeling more on-edge than normal. Or more tired.
With animals, you will notice them being more reactive. Your cat will be more unsocial. Your dog will bark at passing people or dogs. Your dog may growl or lunge at people you meet out walking. Your dog may bark at your neighbors by the fence in your backyard.

| Meet Lynn, X and Hattie. They are in my Reiki Master Training Program and we had a VIP training day this week.
Lynn is learning how to certify and attune people in Reiki X and Hattie, bouviers, came to the training with Lynn.
My belief is that animals are higher vibrations than we are and are here to help us raise our vibrations. What I find is that they are waiting patiently for us humans to catch up with them. X is a client and is a Reiki Master dog (who was attuned by me a few years ago). X came to hang out in the Reiki energies supporting Lynn with her Reiki Master Teacher training.
Hattie is a puppy who could not be left at home, so got to witness Lynn's training. Working with crystals and their healing energies, crystals are part of my training environment. Hattie was drawn to my yellow calcite ball, rolled it around and then tried to chew it. So it now has some teeth mark scars from a playful puppy.
Lynn learned all about setting up energetic protections, to support the powerful work she is learning to do. Being a Reiki Master Teacher is a responsibility to practice and teach energy management while holding the sacred Reiki attunement ceremonies for others. It is a big step and Lynn will be adding even more Light and healing energies to help raise consciousness of our planet.
And we will be having further training for passing on the knowledge of attuning animals and plants. |

Tip: When you pet your dog and he goes off and "shakes", that is a good indicator that setting up protection will support him/her.
