I was in Santa Fe last weekend with a great group of people all there doing what it takes to live and be their best in order to serve more fully. It was a really connecting and really growing experience. This photo is Pepper, helper in the Pink Coyote shop.
The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool that was heated.
Looks are deceiving… One part of me said no, “you must be crazy to swim in this temperature (30’s F)”, and the other part really wanted to swim and “trust” I would be comfortable. I am so glad my adventurous part won out.
It was a unique experience to be swimming in a pool with the outside air being cold and I was very warm and comfortable having fun in the water. There was even frost on the chairs. It was awesome swimming at night with the full sky of stars. The pool was lit so there was a nice ambience in having the pool to myself and connecting with nature.
There were beautiful wind sculptures around the hotel. Have you ever seen a wind sculpture? I hadn’t. I took a video for you to see and experience them. |

Wind is a very clearing element in nature. You can let your cares go and the wind will carry them away. Clearing energy is an important step in supporting you and your animals in being your best. Did you know that just because you cannot see it, it doesn’t mean it isn’t real? It is!

My client Moonbeam is a very sensitive cat. Animals tend to be more sensitive to energies than we are and Moonbeam is especially sensitive even for animals. With Moonbeam, her guardian, Wendy, has to take extra care for clearing herself and her house (environment) or it starts impacting not only Moonbeam’s energetic health, her physical health as well.
Your cat, your dog is taking on your “stuff” and helping you process it whether you realize it or not. They love you and that is what they do for you. So this is what Moonbeam does with Wendy. No matter how much Moonbeam is told she doesn’t need to do that, she does. (and will continue to do so because she loves Wendy so much and wants to help)
Some of Moonbeam’s symptoms when energy needs to be cleared include hiding behind the refrigerator, not sleeping with Wendy, and pooping outside the litter box.
In healing sessions, Moonbeam is clearing energy she has helped Wendy clear and then needs support in releasing it from her. Moonbeam shares with me to have Wendy clear their house when it is needed. Moonbeam recently came to visit me daily during my times of clearing myself. It turns out Moonbeam needed extra support in clearing. After sharing this with Wendy, she has been spending time with Moonbeam, clearing Moonbeam, herself and she cleared her house. Moonbeam has stopped her visits, content with extra Wendy attention and feeling better too!

| How to take this further... |

Tip : Your cats and your dogs are most likely more energy sensitive than you are. They sense energy that you may not have a clue about. And this affects their behavior and how they feel.
How to use this:
Commit to energy clearing you and your environment and your animals too. To make it easy, start – whatever frequency that will work for you and then you can increase frequency as you go along. A minimum guideline and I mean bare bones minimum is once a month. Generally, it is a good idea to clear every day for you and your animals and once a week for your environment.
How to clear?
You choose your method of clearing.
One way is Native Americans burn sage.
