Healing Vibrations to You and Your Animals! 

As you are now in March bringing with you the abundant energies of Love from February, you are receiving a way to share more love with your precious animal companion.

The love your animal has is pure, unconditional love.  And your animal is so delighted when you open your heart and allow yourself to feel his or her love and share in the exchange of love vibrations.

My tip today is an exercise to embrace a loving connection with your animal using the heart chakra. (This is especially good for rescue animals and anxious animals)

If you are unfamiliar with chakras, there are 7 main energy centers called chakras associated with the physical body.  The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. In yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, this term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. Each center balances your and your animal's endocrine system, organs, meridians and more for optimum health and wellness.

Chakra 4 - Heart Chakra - is unconditional love.

  • Pause 
  • Get Present - easy way is to take a deep breath in and out
  • Allow yourself to feel Love and Grounding for yourself.
  • A quick grounding is while standing, raise up on your toes and back down 3 times bringing your energy down to your feet.
  • Place one hand lightly on your animal's chest (heart chakra)
  • Place your other hand lightly on your animal anywhere comfortable to have a 2-hand connection. 
  • Breathe and gently hold.  Allow your animal to take in the healing energy coming from engaging with the Heart Chakra.
  • Allow yourself to send Love to your animal.
  • Your animal may relax into this by rolling over, stretching asking for more.  Or if your animal is unsure, gently breathe and invite your animal to receive.
  • Hold for a couple of minutes unless your animal moves away before then
  • Disconnect by rubbing your hands together
  • Give your animal a big hug
  • Notice how you feel.  Is your heart more open?
