I had an awesome visit with my family over the holidays. It was very memorable and fun. I celebrated the New Year with friends. We watched the ball drop in New York City via the television and then we watched the fireworks streamed live from Seattle also from the nice warm home. Our children were excited to stay up past midnight and played all the way up to seeing the midnight fireworks. the adults had fun playing games as well.
Out of the blue on New Year's Eve, my friend asked me if I would like to join her in doing a Whole 30 eating regime and I said yes. I don't like calling it a diet. I choose to see it as a healthy way to eat. So I now have a resolution and plan for eating much healthier this year. I had started eating more sugar than I would like so now that part of my eating has drastically changed.
For those of you who attended or signed up for the new Vibrational Living Group Healing Kick-off Call, it was fun and enjoyable setting 2013 energies with you to help boost you and your animals with healing energy to support you with your goals. Goals give us direction. They put a powerful force into play on a universal, conscious, and subconscious level. Goals give our life direction.
What would you like to have happen in your life this year? What would you like to do, to accomplish? What good would you like to attract into your life? What particular areas of growth would you like to have happen to you? What blocks, or character defects, would you like to have removed?
What would you like to attain? Little things and big things? Where would you like to go? What would you like to have happen in friendship and love? What would you like to have happen in your family life?
What problems would you like to see solved? What decisions would you like to make? What would you like to happen in your career?
Write it down. Take a piece of paper, a few hours of your time, and write it all down - as an affirmation of you, your life, and your ability to choose. Then let it go.
The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written. We can help write that story by setting goals.”

For those of you attended or signed up for the new Vibrational Living Group Healing Kick-off Call in December, it was fun and enjoyable setting 2013 energies with you to help boost you and your animals with healing energy to support you with your goals. We had the support of healing crystal essences in this call as well as healing crystals forming a triangle grid bringing those energies to the circle. No worries if you missed it. I am totally excited to be offering this to you and your animals once a month for 2013! These healing calls will all be unique and Divinely guided. | | I brought my grey Manx, Molly to receive treatment with Vicki as a result of a cancer surgery. My veterinarian had said that she did not expect Molly to live very long and and I was hoping Vicki could help Molly have a painless "passing over" if that was going to be the outcome. After the first session, both my partner and I noticed a dramatic difference in both Molly's energy level and her personality! She became really playful, light and much more sociable and loving; it was like having a different cat! Since that first session, Molly has continued to improve and her quality of life is excellent. At her last check up the vet was amazed that the tumor had not spread more aggressively. Whatever the ultimate outcome is for Molly I am truly grateful for Vicki's compassionate and effective healing work.

Did you know that your cats and dogs are interested in having very important roles in the family and household? They may be fulfilling them without you even being aware of it.

Beau is my cat in the photo. He was always investigating anything new. This was when I was taking some product photos and he had to be right in the middle of it. I smile because that was one of his roles. He checked things out to make sure they were okay (and to see how things worked). He even liked pawing the paper coming out of the printer. In his case he had another role too. The other role he had was heart-centered barometer. He let me know if someone was or was not coming from their heart, so I would know whether to trust them or not.
If a role/job doesn’t automatically come to mind with your cat and dog, no worries, you get to start observing and seeing what they do naturally and how they participate in your lives.
