Well now that the dust has settled a little, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, and to thank you.

I'm Shelley Penney, creator of VidStickers, and I am so thrilled that you liked what you saw enough to grab the product. I think many people get a little "stage fright" right before a product goes on sale. What if I put all of my heart and soul and time into this "thing" and no one wants it?  So I am so thrilled to have been awarded JVZoo Pick of the Day, and honored that I have this opportunity to address you. 

So first things first... were you able to get your product downloaded?

You may have noticed that the members site was experiencing some issues. That is due to a disagreement between me and Wordpress. Wordpress won and now I have to wait until at least tomorrow morning for support! ha! So I did get the links mailed out, but I know that some email clients filter out software emails, and other issues are possible with email involved. 

If you did not get your downloads, reply to this email and let me know. Include the email address you used to make your purchase, and I will send you the links personally! Chrissy and I are personally handling all of the support until every customer gets what they paid for. 

I wanted to show you what one of our customers put together. After he got the product, he decided he wanted to become an affiliate and share it with others, so he just did a very simple video showcasing some of his favorite VidStickers. While we are here, I also wanted to make sure that you got the upgrade package (if you wanted it). There were so many glitches in the site that some people got into an endless loop of upgrade packages and some people didn't get an opportunity to see them at all. Finally, did you know we set up a Facebook group? it is a little quiet right now as people are still discovering all the greatness in VidStickers, but go ahead and join the group. Video creatives are some of the most helpful and fun people to be around and we have a lot of expertise already represented there.
