Are you trying to figure out how to get
investors for your startup? |

Hi!
Nicole
here!
- Are you trying to figure out how to get investors for your
startup?
- Is
your raise not going as well as you want? Feeling a little
overwhelmed or frustrated?
- Does
it seem like everyone knows the rules of the game but you?
- Tired
of seeing “other entrepreneurs” get those big funding rounds,
while it seems like you struggle to get potential investors to listen
to you?
- Do
you want to be the type of smart and savvy entrepreneur that investors are
anxious to fund?
The
truth is, the playing field IS tilted against entrepreneurs by
investors and the "entrepreneurial ecosystem".
To all of
them, the investors, the attorneys, the accountants, even some of the
non profits, you and your startup are a commodity, you are part of
the "deal flow". You’re a commodity that they profit
from, and whether or not YOU profit from your incredibly hard work,
well, that’s not their problem at all.One VC compared selecting their next investment to picking out the perfect peach or the perfect shirt. Yes, your company is just a "deal", one in a neverending stream. It was hard for me to imagine when I was raising funding for my first company, but there it is.
Quite frankly,
that makes me mad. I used to say "my company isn't a deal, it's my life!" Well, that's not the way you and I and all the other hard working, dedicated, visionary entrepreneurs are viewed, much less treated. The best way I could think of to “get even” is to help level
the playing field for lots and lots of entrepreneurs, and I want to help you!
None of those insiders want you to know how the
startup capital game is played, because it’s in their interest to
keep you in the dark. But I DO want you to know. I want to help
entrepreneurs level the playing field and get a better deal from
investors and achieve the success they imagine.
Too
many entrepreneurs struggle for too long thinking there is something
wrong with them. Sometimes they start thinking it’s because they
are a woman, or a minority, or from one of the “flyover states”
(which is pretty much most of the states!) But the truth is,
entrepreneurs who don’t succeed just don't know the rules of the
game.

enough, it's just the intro.
I've put together the next level of insights you need to level the playing field with investors and get the best possible deal for you and your founding team. You can get a sneak preview at our Designing the Perfect Investor course summary.
If you are just getting started raising capital, or if you're already in the process and struggling, I'd like you to imagine
a process that would help you know exactly what your startup brings to the
market and to potential investors. A process that helps you
understand how angel investor and Venture Capital firms work, what is really going on behind the
scenes as you interact with them, and what that means for you. Imagine a process that helps
you truly design, up front, the perfect investor for your startup,
and then teaches you to go find ONLY those perfect investors. The
investors who are already looking for companies just like yours!
Imagine
a process that helps you develop your pitch – elevator pitch, email
pitch and the right kind of executive summaries. Imagine the inside
scoop on what investors want to see in a pitch presentation, the so-called "pitch deck".
Then
imagine skipping all of the embarrassing, and costly, rejection of
trying to get attention from the wrong investors. Instead imagine
that when you approach your designer investors, they are excited to
talk to you! They quickly go through the information you send them
and just as quickly invite you to to come and see them! And it’s
not just one junior person who’s interested, you’ve got the
attention of a partner who quickly becomes your champion, convincing
the other partners that you are the next big thing in a niche that they want to invest in!
Imagine
that! And then imagine that round of funding from perfect investors
who love your industry and love your business and you!
You
can have all that, as long as you learn the ways the startup capital
industry really works, as long as you know the rules of the game and
as long as you know how to Design (and Find) the Perfect Investor.
And all for the less than the cost of one failed investor visit….
