We're so excited you've joined the Varsity Concierge Service and we're looking forward to getting started with everyone.

We've had questions from many of you, so I thought it was easiest to answer them here.

  • How do I get access to the Build Your Perfect College List program?
Russ and I are doing final reviews of the videos and webpages and anticipate we can give you access by end of this week.

For those you are eligible to receive this program, we'll send out an email with instructions for how to log in and access all the content.

  • When will the Orientation Session be scheduled?
The Orientation Session will be held on Wednesday, June 10th at 8:30pm EST. Mark your calendar now, but we will also send reminder emails with a link to join the session.

  • I was charged a prorated fee for May and also a charge for June, why?
We had a glitch in our subscription software and some of you were initially charged a prorated fee for May along with your enrollment fee, and then another monthly fee for June. 

(This only impacted a small number of new members, so don't be concerned if you don't know what we're talking about.)

To reconcile everything, we refunded your June monthly fee by the prorated amount you were charged when you originally signed up. All the payments you've made to date, including the original charge and June charge with the refund, should come to a total of $228.99.
