| | Dear Friend,
Whether you are looking to rent or buy, choosing the Sayulita neighborhood that's right for you can be overwhelming. To help, we've put together a map and brief description of the main neighborhoods in Sayulita. Don't wait. Find the neighborhood you love for your next vacation or purchase!
There are four main neighborhoods or areas in Sayulita: North End and Nanzal, Central, South End and Gringo Hill. These neighborhoods are outlined below.
|
| | - North End and Nanzal - Located at the north end of Sayulita Bay, most homes in these neighborhoods have been built in the last 10 years. It is generally a 15+ minute walk to Sayulita's main beach and town center and a car is recommended, especially in Nanzal. These neighborhoods provide some beautiful views and sunsets but they are particularly hot in warmer season as they get sun all day.
- Central - This neighborhood includes the town center. You can easily walk to stores, restaurants, shops and the beach. If you like being in the center of the action, this is the neighborhood for you. Generally there are no ocean views from properties in this neighborhood.
- South End - Located on the south end of Sayulita Bay, this neighborhood offers some great views and while it is not the center of town, you might be able to walk to stores, restaurants, shops and the beach generally within 10-15+ minutes (although some areas you will need a car to get to town).
All Dreamer Circle properties are located at the north end of this neighborhood putting them just
a block from the center of town. This part of the neighborhood is on a small hill overlooking the
ocean and Nayarit Coastline with spectacular ocean views and less than a 5
minute walk to the main beach and town plaza. No cars are needed when
staying here. This was the first area developed by expats over 50 years ago.
- Gringo Hill - This neighborhood is located on the hill overlooking Sayulita and the plaza, with distant ocean views. It was originally developed by foreigners in the 1990's. It extends above the plaza and depending where you stay, it is generally a 10+ minute walk to the beach and the hill can be steep. A car is recommended if you are staying in the upper part of this neighborhood.

| | | | Meet the Owners! We were recently interviewed by El Sayulero of Sayulita, SayulitaLife.com's bi-weekly newsletter. Some of the interview is included below. Read the entire interview here >
Can you please tell us your name and a little bit about yourself? I
am Dennis Duff. My wife and I live in the northern tip of the
California wine country, just above Napa Valley. I am an entrepreneur,
who sold my internet marketing company before making our major
investments in Sayulita, which we now call Dreamer Circle Properties. My wife, Joan, is an artist and designer. We have two daughters and three granddaughters who are the delights of our lives.
What advise do you have for someone searching for a home/land in Sayulita? Don't
wait. Find the neighborhood you love and do not worry about the cost. I
have had many friends say that they wish the prices were like they were
10 years ago. They are not and never will be. We have seen property
values continue to climb as fewer and fewer properties become available.
On a rather amusing note, when we came to Sayulita 12 years ago and
after buying a villa at Villa Amor, I went to a psychic I had known for
years. She has since passed, but she was truly extraordinary. Over our
20-year friendship, she had made predictions in my life that turned out
to be extremely accurate. I asked her about Sayulita's future prospects
back in 2004. She said that she saw growth there for the next 40 years.
Well, we are not even halfway there yet.

| Our Guests Say It Best! TESTIMONIALS | The Latest from Recent Travelers |
| Paradise in Sayulita "I traveled to Sayulita for a wedding and found this home for rent online. At first, I was skeptical of such a beautiful property for the price. But upon arrival, it was even more gorgeous than the photographs. The grounds are perfectly kept up and the beds are heaven. The decor is straight out of a magazine. It's so inviting, you won't want to leave. Being as I was in Sayulita for a wedding and visited properties other friends had rented, I can say without a doubt, this house is one of the best in Sayulita. It's a quick walk from the town square and the beach. And I found the property manager and owners delightful and quick to help facilitate our needs. If you have the opportunity, rent this place!" Joshua S. stayed in Villa Colina, August 2016.

| A terrific home in an absolutely perfect location! "This was our 4th time to Sayulita, and it was out best visit yet! We are grandparents who visit Sayulita with our son and his family (ages 10, 7, & 1). The exquisitely decorated house is well designed to provide good privacy and separation for two families. It is well built, equipped, and maintained. We especially appreciated the filtered water, the daily cleaning service, and the full set of stainless steel heavy duty cookware. The property sits at the top of a small hill (yes, one must walk up a fairly steep but short hill), and it is only a couple of blocks from the beach, main square, and grocery shops. You do not need to rent a car!" Continued on VacationAnnex.com... Alan D. stayed in Casa Soñadora, January 2016.

| Didn't want to leave!!! "My husband and I came to this wonderful place for a much-needed getaway, now we can't wait to go back and bring the whole family. Where to start? The house is extremely comfortable, well thought out to provide all practical needs. But it's the extras we loved--how beautiful the décor is, the art throughout the place, every detail to delight the eye. Then there's the location--we sat on lounge chairs around the pool, surrounded by tropical gardens, watching the waterfall into the pool, sipping margaritas looking out a the fabulous ocean view. Heaven! Speaking of views, there are knockout views throughout the house, from the living area, bedrooms, and romantic rooftop sitting area. All this just a two block easy walk from the beach and from one of the most vibrant, charming towns anywhere, with great restaurants and shops and lively local events. Can you tell how much we loved it? Can't recommend it highly enough." Megan stayed in Casa Cariño, April 2016.
