1. Selecting Positions
First up is selecting positions you want to offshore. Depending on the size of your business and your needs you can either start with one or three positions. Our role is to help you find the perfect person for the job. Just give us your requirements and we’ll handle the entire recruitment and training process. Once you’ve set the start date of your chosen team member, we can move to the next step.
2. Creating workflows UPS has standard workflows set for each position. All you need to do is to customise their tasks and responsibilities to fit your agencies needs. Easy right?

3. Setting up IT and Security needs Once we got that all approved, we’ll set up all your IT and security needs and Install all software required for your team to accomplish their daily tasks. Our security measures provide a higher level of security than virtually any Real Estate office in Australia so trust and believe that we take your data protection seriously. 4. Training Team Members Next up is training. Our 30-day comprehensive training process covers workflow familiarization, software introduction and real estate must-knows. They shadow experienced team members and are required to pass our core competency test prior to onboarding with you.
5. Meeting your Team Now you’re finally ready to meet your team. Our Heads of department will introduce you to your team members and their team leader on their start date. We highly encourage that you let them know of your expectations. Communicate with them as often as needed and train them for any new tasks or changes in how you want things done. They are part of your team and their productivity also lies in your hands.

Your team is now up and running, what’s next?
6. Weekly catchup with Head of Department We won’t just leave you hanging after setting up your team. We got your back always. If you have any issues or improvements you want to make, you can talk about it on your weekly catch up with our department heads.
7. Performance reviews and management To help you with daily monitoring, you can always count on our team leaders. They’re there to train and guide your team to make sure that tasks are done right and on time. Each week they’ll send productivity reports so your up-to-date on your team’s weekly accomplishments.
