4. Tick all boxes for the Gold Standard
5. Except… the box where it asks you if you’ve already purchased a member pack - since you are about to order the starter/member pack directly from Herbalife - and follow instructions.
During the signup process Herbalife want details from one type of photo ID to make sure that you are you since they eventually will pay you money… if and when you want to start selling their products.
