Four time Posi Award winner, Denise Rosier brings her exceptional talent to UCC!
It's been over two years since Denise last performed for us which makes her visit a long past due treat.
Contemporary inspirational artist, Denise Rosier (pronounced Rosie-AY), delivers music with an inspiring mix of assuredness and tenderness. Through her uplifting lyrics, she engages your heart, and shares the insight drawn from everyday experiences.
Born in Japan, and raised in California, Denise is an award-winning singer, songwriter, producer, and guitarist. Her first album Only A Whisper Away was released in 2001, and from there her music has taken her to audiences as far away as Osaka, Japan.
Her inspirational albums "One Heart", and "Everyday" have garnered 6 Positive Music Award nominations, and 4 wins. Her latest album “EVERYDAY” was also awarded a nomination for “Best Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album” in the 2016 Independent Music Awards.

All are welcome to join us in the Peace Chapel for this half hour prayer vigil in honor of all those in our world known to have lost their lives through violence this year due to ignorance around gender expression. The names will be read and we will pray together, affirming a wiser and more loving world.
Many of these souls were "unidentified," yet we gather to make a statement together that their lives matter and together, we are affirming a wiser and kinder future for our world.
The Ladies of Uke will sing for us and a "tip jar" will be present to show our appreciation.

| | | | Our Unity Prayer walk is for memories.
Located on the north side of the Sanctuary there are two walkways to the labyrinth. The walkways are laid with beautiful brick pavers that can be engraved in honor or remembrance of loved ones.
There is also a special walk, called the Rainbow Bridge, near Peace Pond for memorializing beloved pets.
