This Sunday @ UCC: Lesson Title: Law of Attraction
|
|
Inspired by lyrics to “What I Seek Is Seeking Me” by Sue Riley/Jana Stanfield
The whisper that I hear In my heart is telling me it’s time to start to become the me I’m here to be.
“What I seek is seeking me, even when that’s hard to see.”
“It’s time to just let go of my fear, trusting that the net will appear, believe that things I know are true in everything I say and do.”
“I choose faith, so I believe! What I seek is seeking me.” |

| | Confucianism “Do not do to others what you would not like yourself” (Analects 12:2).
Buddhism “Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful” (Udana-Varga 5,1).
Hinduism “This is the sum of duty; do naught onto others what you would not have them do unto you”. (Mahabharata 5,1517).
Zoroastrianism “That nature alone is good which refrains from doing to another whatsoever is not good for itself” (Dadisten-I-dinik, 94,5).
Islam “No one of you is a believer until he desires for his brother that which he desires for himself” (Sunnah).
Taoism “Regard your neighbor’s gain as your gain, and your neighbor’s loss as your own loss” (Tai Shang Kan Yin P’ien).
Judaism “What is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow man. This is the entire Law; all the rest is commentary” (Talmud, Shabbat 3id).
Christianity “Do to others whatever you would have them do to you. This is the law and the prophets” (Matthew 7:12).
The Golden Gloves prayer in Unity: “I DO UNTO OTHERS AS I WOULD HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO ME. AND I DO IT FIRST.” |
| | | There's always much to do to keep a spiritual home and community running smoothly.
Unity Clearwater is no exception and we prove week in and week out how valuable our team members truly are.
There are always opportunities to serve in a variety of positions including: |
| Welcome Team: Ushers, Greeters & Lightbringers
Every
Sunday our welcome team is at the front line of hospitality at UCC. If
you'd like to be a part of the team please see Jeff & Esther (pic) in the
lobby any Sunday.
On a Sunday when Jeff & Esther are traveling
please ask for Rob Hammock. |
| Tech Team: Audio, Video, Lighting, Live-streaming & More
The UCC tech team primarily handles AV for the Sunday service as well as some pre & post production tasks and a bit of network maintenance.
Whether you feel tech savvy or not, the tech team has positions for you to serve. So, don't be scared away from volunteering because you don't feel qualified.
Btw, one perk of helping out on the tech team is you get to enjoy the Sunday service from the best seat in the house.
You can visit the media loft and talk to the team members on any Sunday. The stairs to the loft are outside the east side of the sanctuary. C'mon up and see us!

| | | Your Prosperity Covenant
“. . . The one who has fully dedicated himself [or herself] to the divine guidance . . . immediately enters into easier experiences and more happiness than the world affords, when he [or she] covenants to follow only the good . . . .
Make a definite and detailed covenant with the Father, lay your desires, appetites, and passions at His feet and agree to use all your substance in the most exalted way. Then you are seeking the kingdom, and all things else shall be added unto you.
. . . . We must have in our finances a consciousness of the permanency of the omnipresent substance as it abides in us. . . . . For many of us there is either a feast or a famine in the matter of money and we need the abiding consciousness. There is no reason why we should not have a continuous even flow of substance both in income and outgo. If we have freely received we must also freely give and keep substance going, confident in our understanding that our supply is unlimited and that it is always right at hand in the omnipresent Mind of God”
(Charles Fillmore, Cofounder of the Unity Movement in the Foreword of Prosperity, 1936) |
| Your Weekly Prosperity Affirmation:
“I COVENANT TO FOLLOW ONLY THE GOOD. THEREFORE, DIVINE SUBSTANCE FLOWS CONTINUOUSLY AND STEADILY INTO MANIFESTATION IN MY LIFE.”
THANK YOU, GOD! |
