Sundays, beginning July 9 and continuing through September, Leddy will lead us through a series of prosperity lessons based on the classic Eric Butterworth book "Spiritual Economics: The Principles and Process of True Prosperity".
Here's a sneak preview from chapter two of the book:
I am a most important person to God, for I am His living enterprise. God is not off somewhere in space where I must strain to reach Him to get Him to work a miracle for me "if I am lucky." |
| Born and raised in Kennebunk Maine, Maureen Becklund came to Florida 21 years ago. At 49, “surprised” with a pending divorce, she was persuaded by her son, a Florida college student, to begin a new life in a warmer climate.
Maureen chose Clearwater because the Becklunds owned, in Kennebunk, a water purification company called Clearwater Systems. She flew down and purchased the house that she lives in today.
“Here I am,” Maureen recalls, “in an unfamiliar place without a stick of furniture, a dish or even a bath towel. And, no job! So, I bought a lawn chair and am sitting in my living room, trying to decide what my next chapter will be, and, can I make it as a single middle-aged woman? I needed time to test myself, so I booked a six-week trip on the Orient Express. Traveling alone, not speaking any of the languages, and figuring out the foreign currencies was quite liberating.”

In addition to watching at live.unityofclearwater.org, you can now also watch on Facebook Live. Just go to the Unity Clearwater page at Facebook.com/unityclearwater and scroll down till you find the broadcast.
Remember, we appreciate when you give an offering online in appreciation for the service, but it's also important to LIKE, SHARE, WRITE a review, and TELL your friends about the church.

WHAT OR WHOM MUST YOU FORGIVE?
“If you do not know what or who it is you need to forgive, when your good seems withheld from you, ask God to reveal to you what or whom you need to forgive. You may be surprised to find where the block is!
A woman discovered [a worrying physical symptom] and was greatly frightened by it. But [while arranging to seek a medical evaluation], she decided to analyze the situation mentally and pray for guidance . . . .
. . . She continued every day to pray, mediate, and ask: ‘Divine Intelligence, what or whom do I need to forgive? What hard attitudes do I need to release, give up, in order to be forgiven this condition?’ In meditation one day she found herself thinking about . . . [a person about whom she had held hard thoughts in the past. She prayed for that person, blessed and released that person, saying mentally]:
‘I freely forgive you. I let you go. You have gone to meet your good and to share your good elsewhere. It is done, it is finished.’ . . . ‘I freely forgive you. I let go all false concepts about you . . . .’
She declared these words of forgiveness in her prayer time for several weeks. One day she realized that the [distressing symptom] . . . was gone’ she never knew when it disappeared. . . . . Charles Fillmore describes this as a ‘sure remedy” . . .]:
