This event is organized annually by The United Faiths group. Everyone is welcome to attend and join in the fun. It’s a free event for adults and children hosted by the United Faiths Walk of Peace group in conjunction with the City of Dunedin.
Starts: Pioneer Park, 420 Main St., Dunedin, 1:30pm – 2pm
Registration starts at 1:30pm and the walk begins at 2pm. The route goes north to the Masjid Al Salaam Mosque, 1218 New York Avenue, where refreshments and a tour are provided.
Ends: Weaver Park, 1258 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, approx 3:15pm
We then proceed to Weaver Park, arriving approximately 3:15pm where there is fun and entertainment for the remainder of the afternoon.
Donations will be accepted by Dunedin Cares and Clothes for Kids.
There’s no need to walk as there are golf carts and rickshaws to-ing and fro-ing to pick up passengers. Or, you can go directly to Weaver Park at around 3:15pm.
