Years ago I was starting a new business, selling my home and moving cross-country (from Oakland, CA to Atlanta, GA) all at the same time. I went into the doctor for an annual visit and the nurse freaked out when she took my blood pressure! I was young, in great shape, with a typical blood pressure of 110 /60 so it never even occurred to me that I could develop high blood pressure. It was the stress. I was undergoing so many life changes at the same time.
