POSTPONEMENT NOTICE
Assalamualaikum Friend
Firstly, thank you for purchasing your Twins of Faith 2020 tickets and supporting this important annual event in our calendar.
Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 situation rapidly changing and due to a state of emergency being declared in the state of Victoria for any mass gathering, we have been in discussion with the respective authorities and have made the decision to postpone the conference to later in the year when we get clearance that it is safe to do so.
What happens to your tickets?
We have had a discussion about this, and while we have incurred some charges to date, we will be giving you the option to obtain full refunds for your tickets should you wish. You can choose from the below three options
- Keep your ticket and use it for the conference when the new dates are announced.
- Forfeit your ticket and make it a Sadaqah donation to Mercy Mission
- Request for a full refund

Important Note: Please ensure you submit your response by 11 April 2020. If no response is received, we will assume this is a Sadaqah donation and your ticket will be forfeited.
